Natural Attractions
Covering an area of 9.6 million square kilometres, China is a vast country rich in tourism resources, ranging from mighty mountains, picturesque rivers, precipitous gorges and comfortable seacoasts, to varied landforms, magnificent canyons, boundless deserts, and spacious grasslands. Some of them are designated as World Cultural Heritage. But actually, almost all natural attractions in China are beyond description, and include the beauty elements, beautiful in shape, in colour, in sound, in scent, in symbol and in dynamic states. In the glory of these attractions, travelers can concurrently appreciate the natural scenery and ancient civilization of wild China.
