On the Christmas Eve of 2010, I started my business trip from Guilin to Huangshan (or Yellow Mountain, Mt. Huangshan). Although I lost the chance to have a Christmas party with my friends at home, I did not feel much regrettable, because this unforgettable trip made my Huangshan travel dream come true. With undiminished excitement for this Mt. Huangshan tour, I hereby would like to share my experience with you.
Dali Airport is a modern construction as its roads. There are two cities: the old and the new city. Unlike many other cities in China, the cities are separated by several kilometres. Dali was once a kingdom, home to some 22 kings; today it is home to the Chinese ethnic minority known as the Bai People who can be distinguished by their brightly coloured clothing and their bright culture which includes lots of singing and dancing. ...
Kunming is a lovely and temperate city, and by south-west Chinese standards it is very developed. It reminded me a lot of Xi'an; a mid to high-level Chinese city with unique characteristics. Kunming is pleasant place to stay, attracting many people as Xishuangbanna and Lijiang. In short Kunming is the most convenient place to fly to and acclimatise to the thinner air of Yunnan. ...

Qinghai Lake: sea in the heart of the land (Qinghai) Qinghai Lake, literally translated The Clear Lake is located in Qinghai Province; it is China's largest and highest landlocked salt-water lake sitting at 3,195 meters above sea-level and covering an area of 4,583 square meters, with an average depth of more than 19 meters. The lake itself has many estuaries and outlets including The Ganzi River, Shaliu River, Black Horse River and Buha River. Qinghai Lake is famous for its abundance of fleshy, strongly-flavored carp with is caught and barbequed freshly on the edge of the banks of the lake. There are several islands dotted throughout the lake, most of which are home to unique birdlife, hundreds of thousands of wild birds flock to Qinghai Lake in spring.
Xiahe is located in the south-west corner of Gansu province; this tiny prefecture with a population of only 77,000 people offers travellers the chance to enjoy a journey with the most amazing and unique landscapes and travel experiences in China. The region is home to a diverse group of ethnicities including Han Chinese, Mongolians and Tibetans, the Tibetan population accounts for around 78% of the total population giving the region a unique cultural flavour; it is truly the most amazing place that I have ever travelled to in China. ...
Lugu Lake of Lijiang City, Yunnan Province, is between Sichuan (2/3 in Sichuan) and Yunnan Province (1/3 in Yunnan), more than 300 kilometers to the Dayan Ancient Village, Yunnan. By the riverside of the beautiful Lugu Lake (Lugu Hu in Chinese), there lives Mosuo Ethnic Group, a branch of Naxi Nationality, the sole nationality still in the matriarchal society period. Since all the things are decided by female, the female of Mosuo Ethnic Group is more passionate and active than that of other places....
