Comment on our service from Singapore
We have been impressed with your promptness and efficiency and am glad that you took our initial feedback intoconsideration and tried to make improvements in our trip.
Hi Robert,
Thank you for your mail. We are glad our trip to Jiuzaigou was a memorable one compared to what we experienced inXian & Chengdu. My travel partner and I have put together our comments/feedback on the trip and hope that you willfind them useful to help you further improve on the services from the local tour operators you engage in the various cities.
Overall, Mike's English is good. He can speak clearly and so, the tourist information provided by him was easilyunderstood. Mike was also able to recommend alternative options for tourist places/attractions. For example, on 30March when we touched down in Jiuzhaigou, he shared that the road’s conditions to Huanglong scenic area were notvery good and would take about 7 hours to go to Huanglong and come back to our hotel. If we did not want to takethis option, he recommended that we could visit a Tibetan village and a monastery.
During our visit to the Jiuzhaigou Park, Mike always made sure that we got onto the bus first before he got up. Healso kept close to us to ensure that we did not get lost as there were many other tourists in the park on that day.
The hotel was reasonable. The driver, Mr Ti (I think this is the spelling) is a skilful and careful driver. On theday when he sent us to the airport to take the plane to Chengdu, the road was icy and slippery as it snowed thenight before. Halfway through the journey from the hotel to the airport, he stopped to put on chains on thevehicle's wheels so as to prevent the vehicle from skidding. Mr Ti and Mike spent much time to put on the chains.
We have been impressed with your promptness and efficiency and am glad that you took our initial feedback intoconsideration and tried to make improvements in our trip.
Thanks & best regards,
Sharon
