M.S.Yangtze 2 – The Newest Generation of Brand New Yangtze Cruiser 2011. It has a tonnage of 13,000 tons, 140m in length, 20m in width, and a 2.7m draft and has 198 cabins in total with a capacity up to 432 passengers. The ship has a presidential suite, administrative cabins, family cabins and standard cabins. All the cabins on board are equipped with separate sight-seeing balcony. There is a Chinese dinning hall can capable of holding 400 diners and also A La Carte dinner hall on the ship. M.S. Yangtze 2 is the first and the only ship equipped with an indoor thermostatic and constant-humidity swimming pool covering an area of 110 m2. International channels such as CNN and HBO, as well as CCTV, local TV and Phoenix TV, are available, with high-speed Internet access also on board. The outdoor deck on the top floor of the cruise covers 1350m2. It is divided into sunbathing area, outdoor barbecue area, outdoor performance area and jogging trail.

Downstream: Chongqing → Yichang (4 days)
Day 1
Board the ship from 17:00 to 20:00 and departs Chongqing at 22:00.
Day 2
(8:00-10:00) Shore excursion to either Fengdu Ghost City or Wanxian, or Shibaozhai (depending on river conditions).Then return to the ship and sail towards the magnificent Three Gorges.
Day 3
(08:00-13:00) Passing through Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge.
(13:00-16:30) Boat excursion to Shennong Stream.
(17:30) Passing through Xiling Gorge.
Shennong Stream, started from the southern hill of the Mt. Shennongjia, it is a tributary of Yangtze River and a great place to experience clear water, various waterfalls, hanging alleys, primitive small boat, Tujia nationality customs and karst caves.
Day 4
(08:00-10:00) Shore excursion to The Three Gorges Dam Site.
(13:00) Disembark at Yichang
Three Gorges Dam, the world's largest water conservancy project constructed by man. The construction of the dam formally began on December 14th, 1994. The body of the dam was completed in 2003, and the whole construction was competed in 2006. It is 2309 meters long, 185 meters high, 18 meters wide on the top and 130 meters wide at the bottom. Tourists can get access to the top of the dam.
Downstream: Yichang → Chongqing (5 days)
Day 1
Board the ship from 17:00 to 22:00 and departs Yichang at 24:00.
Day 2
(09:00-11:30) Shore excursion to Three Gorges Dam Site.
(12:45) Passing through Xiling Gorge.

(8:30-10:30) Shore excurison to Fengdu Ghost City.
Fengdu, situated on the northern bank of the river between Zhongxian and Fuling, the city was depicted as the City of Ghosts in two ancient, classic Chinese works "Monkey King" and "Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio".
Day 5
(09:00) Disembark at Chongqing.
