The newly built luxurious 5-star Century Legend is one of the newest ships on the Yangtze. As you embark your contemporary, elegant ship, a friendly, English-speaking crew and stunning 7-story atrium lobby welcome you aboard. The Century Paragon is charting a new course for Yangtze River cruising. The ship features a state-of-the-art propulsion system that reduces vibration and decreases emissions to reduce environmental impact. Other innovations include a pillar less multifunction lounge with unobstructed views of evening entertainment, and a large indoor swimming pool, both firsts on the Yangtze.

Downstream: Chongqing → Yichang (4 days)
Day 1
Board the ship from 18:30 to 21:30 (Dinner is not included).
(21:30) Enbarkation briefing (Departure in Chongqing).
Day 2
(14:00-17:00) Shore excursion to Shibaozhai.
Shibaozhai is famous for its architecture which consists of three parts: the gate, the pagoda and the temple on the top. The nine-storey red wooden pagoda with upturned eaves is 50m high, and dates back to the Qing Dynasty. Its top give a magnificent view over the river.
Day 3
(10:00) Pass through Qutang Gorge:
(11:45) Pass through Wu Gorge;
(13:30-17:30) Shore excursion to Shennong Stream or Shennv Stream.
Shennong Stream, started from the southern hill of the Mt. Shennongjia, it is a tributary of Yangtze River and a great place to experience clear water, various waterfalls, hanging alleys, primitive small boat, Tujia nationality customs and karst caves.
Shennv Stream, originated from Wushan County and located on southern bank of Wu Gorge, is a tributary of Yangtze River and a great place to experience clear water, primitive valleys, and original ecological residents.
Day 4
(08:00-10:30) Shore excursion to The Three Gorges Dam.
(11:00) Pass through Xiling Gorge.
(12:00) Disembark at Yichang .
Three Gorges Dam, the world's largest water conservancy project constructed by man. The construction of the dam formally began on December 14th, 1994. The body of the dam was completed in 2003, and the whole construction was competed in 2006. It is 2309 meters long, 185 meters high, 18 meters wide on the top and 130 meters wide at the bottom. Tourists can get access to the top of the dam.
Downstream: Yichang → Chongqing (5 days)
