Then you will visit lovely Repulse Bay: Primarily an exclusive residential area, Repulse Bay has a relaxed, resort-like atmosphere. You will find statues of Kwun Yum and Tin Hau, both protectors of fishermen.
The tour will continue with a visit to Aberdeen fishing village where you will enjoy a Sampan Ride on the harbor to get a close-up look at this unusual way of life.

Day 3
Hong Kong to Chengdu (B)
Transfer via: Flight on our arrangement
Sightseeing: Kim Tin Walled Village, Man Mo Temple, Lam Tsuen Wishing Tree
In the morning we will start the tour with Kim Tin Walled Village. In 1899, when the New Territories was leased to British army, the British soldiers met the resisting of the local people. Today, as Kim Tin Walled Village is a frequent destination for foreign visitors, there are old men in country clothes to take photo with in front of the village.
Our next stop will be Man Mo Temple, which is among the oldest and best-known temples in the territory. It was built in 1848, during the early years of British rule in Hong Kong. Though it's been rebuilt a number of times, much of the original structure still remains.
Finally we will see Lam Tsuen Wishing Tree, one of Hong Kong's most famous tourist attractions. It is usually crowded during the Chinese New Year holidays and seems to be covered in deep crimson colors whenever seen from a distance. Only up close, do you realize that the Wishing Tree is actually laden with wishes written on bright red paper. You will be amazed by those traditional places close to a metropolitan city like Hong Kong.
This afternoon, you will be transferred to airprot to take flight and fly to Chengdu. After your arrival in Chengdu, you will be met and transferred to your hotel by our local guide.Feel free at leisure for the rest of the day.
Day 4
Chengdu (B)
Sightseeing: Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Base,, Dufu's Thatched Cottage, Wuhou Memorial Temple
This morning we will visit the Chengdu Panda Breeding Research Base, which was built to imitate the wild ecological environment of pandas. It covers a space of 92 acres, with a green coverage of 96 percent. The base created a perfect ecological environment for the living and breeding of pandas and other precious and rare wild animals. It breeds over 20 pandas and lesser pandas, black-necked cranes, white cranes and others.
Then we will visit the Dufu's Thatched Cottage, located by the side of the Huanhua Stream in Chengdu's western suburb, will be our fist stop. It was the residence of Dufu, the great poet of the Tang Dynasty when he took refuge in Chengdu. Du Fu (712-70 AD),one of China's most famous poets, left home at the tender age of 20, becoming a court official at the former capital in Chang'an (near Xi'an). Du Fu's civil service duties did not last long however, and he was captured by rebels and forced to flee the city for Chengdu after only a few years. It was in Chengdu, at this small and simple house, that Du Fu was inspired to write more than 200 poems which are regarded today as masterpieces of realist poetry.
And then you will visit the Wuhou Memorial Temple. The temple is dedicated to Zhuge Liang, the Martial Marquis of Shu in the Three Kingdoms. His outstanding intelligence place Zhuge Liang above all emperors, generals, and ministers in history.
Day 5
Chengdu (B, L)
Sightseeing: Dujiangyan Irrigation Center, Mt Qingcheng, Shangqing Temple, Tianshi Temple
We will start today's tour with a visit of Dujiangyan Irrigation Center. In China, Chengdu is always praised as the Tian Fu Zhi Guo, which means 'Nature's Storehouse'. Over 2,200 years ago, the city was threatened by the frequent floods caused by flooding of the Minjiang River. Li Bing, a local official of Sichuan Province at that time decided to construct an irrigation system on the Minjiang River to prevent flooding. After a lengthy study and a lot of hard work by the local people, the great Dujiangyan Irrigation Project was completed.
Then we will head to Mt. Qingcheng, the birthplace of Taoism, which is celebrated in a series of ancient temples. Originally called Old Man Mountain, it is located in the southwest of Dujiangyan City, Sichuan Province, and covers an area of some 100 kilometers, the highest peak being 1600 meters above sea level. Surrounded by countless peaks and densely covered by tall ancient trees, the mountain is known as the most secluded mountain in China.

I have just come back from the most amazing 4 day visit to Guilin and Yangshuo that was organised by VisitOurChina. It was my first trip to China, and researching everything online felt daunting and overwhelming until I communicated with Lisa from VisitChina. She planned my entire trip and thought about every single detail. She even noticed that my flight arrival time wouldn’t allow me to take the train from Guangzhou to Guilin, so she organised a very convenient hotel for me to stay in so I could catch the right train the next morning. Little details like that made my trip completely carefree. I trusted Lisa, and she did not disappoint — she planned everything perfectly. My guide, Janet, spoke English very well and was a wealth of knowledge, which made travelling in a foreign country so much easier and more interesting. Without Janet and our driver, I would have had so much difficulty getting around. I really would have been frustrated and lost without her. Janet made the whole trip easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, patient, and always willing to help us with anything extra we needed or any additional places we wanted to go. She was so knowledgeable and gave us interesting information as we toured the places. That’s something I wouldn’t have got if I had organised a trip on my own. We visited Reed Flute Cave, Fubo Hill, Elephant Trunk Hill, and Janet took us to a local place to try the famous and delicious Guilin rice noodles. On the second day, we went to see the spectacular Longji rice terraces and visited the traditional Yao village. On the third day, we went on a cruise along the majestic Li River and stayed in Yangshuo, which became my favourite part of the trip. The bamboo rafting along the Yulong river was the highlight — such stunning and serene scenery. This morning, we visited Xianggong Hill to see the spectacular view of the Li River and the karst mountains. Now I am on the train and Janet had come into the train station to ensure all ...

Lisa from Visit Our China is awesome! She answers messages promptly and replies to emails within the day. Planning for my trip to Chongqing with my elderly parents was a breeze thanks to her efficiency. The prices of show tickets and Yangtze River cruise were cheaper than what I could get online. She even came personally to greet us in Guilin when I visited Guilin in September. Will definitely be asking her to plan all of my China trips from now on!

Contacted Lisa from Visit Our China to arrange a 9D8N tour of Guangzhou Guilin for a group of 8. I provided a list of places to visit and Lisa was able to craft out the itinerary. We also made some changes along the way as one of the members had difficulty walking. The member even contacted Lisa to ask for advice on alternative locations to visit. Lisa's response is within 24 hours, crystal clear and very open for discussions. The tour itself ran perfectly with English speaking guides in both locations. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and gave in-depth details of the various locations which we visited. They were patient and obliged with taking photos for us. Overall, great customer experience. Am already working with Lisa for our next China trip!

We (8 pax seniors) had a truly memorable 11-day tour covering Shanghai, Wuxi, Wuzhen, Hangzhou, and Huangshan Mountain in mid-October 2025. A big thank you to Lisa for her well-planned and thoughtful itinerary. She was patient in accommodating all our requests and consistently checked in on our well-being throughout the trip — even though the assigned guide and driver were already very caring and knowledgeable. Lisa is someone who genuinely goes the extra mile, and her dedication made our trip smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely seek her service again for our next adventure in China!
