Expressway Connects Dali and Lijiang

The expressway connecting Dali and Lijiang, two tourist cities in southwest China’s Yunnan Province opened on Dec.30, 2013, reducing the driving time between two cities to two hours, equivalent to half of the past.
There are scenic spots including Mt. Cangshan, Erhai Lake and Yulong Snow Mountain along the expressway.
It was reported that expressway between Lijiang and Diqing(Shangri-La) would be constructed as well to connect Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La these three famous tourist destinations in Yunnan Province.
