My friend Carol Li and I travelled with your company in May 2007, and I don't think I have ever responded to one of your emails.  I always think I will do it later, and then something new comes along!
 

I just want you to know that your service was exceptional.  The trip was everything we hoped it would be.  Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable, the accommodations very good for the price, and you did everything you said you would do, which is always appreciated!
