Comment on our service from Edwin Louie, USA

I was very satisfied with your arrangements. The panda reserve was great and the close proximity to chengdu made it very convenient. All in all a good trip. Thanks for all of your help and service.

Sandy,

I was very satisfied with your arrangements. the guides were very good and showed a lot of concern. the only thing i can suggest is for the flights to be scheduled better although i understand that there are limited flights from smaller cities. libby in huangshan saved us from a long night when the flight from shanghai to huangshan was delayed and she rerouted us to the other airport in shanghai and getting us in earlier. maybe sometimes if the flight schedule is too tight ie early morning flight a stay at a airport hotel should be considered.

all the hotels were fine considering that some of them were in remote places. all of the drivers knew where they were going and were very safe. the food in china is very oily i guess this is a left over from the old days. i asked the local guides about the local food specialities and got to try a lot of dishes. some were good and some were better. i especially liked the restaurant in tunxi on the ancient street. i wished we had more time there and also the hot pot restaurant in chengdu in old town. the panda reserve was great and the close proximity to chengdu made it very convenient.

all in all a good trip. thanks for all of your help and service.

Regards,

Ed.
