- The Northern city of Harbin is famous for its winter festival and is a haven to lovers of winter sports. Harbin is home to some of the best ski resorts in Asia and our ski tours take advantage of the best Harbin has to offer. This ski tour will take you to the Yabuli International Ski Resort, the largest ski resort in China. You will also see the Ice and Snow Festival.

Day 1
Arrival Harbin
Transfer via: Flight on your own arrangement
Upon your arrival you will be greeted by our local guide and then transferred to your hotel(Yabuli) by a private air-conditioned car (3 hours one way). For the rest of the day you will enjoy some leisure time.
Day 2
Yabuli
Covering an area of 23 square km, Yabuli International Ski Resort is the largest ski area with best facility in China. Yabuli has a number of qualities down hill and country trails, some of which are comparable with those in North America and Switzerland. In 1996, the resort hosted the 3rd Asian Winter Games successfully. The resort is not only famous as a ski resort in China but also renowned for its scenic beauty.
Today, you are adviced to take part in some ice activities on your own. The ice entertainment you could choose including snow motorcycles, snow biking, horse-sled, off-road vehicle and etc. Lunch will be arranged on your own at the resort.
Day 3
Yabuli
Today, you are adviced to take part in some ice activities on your own. The ice entertainment you could choose including snow motorcycles, snow biking, horse-sled, off-road vehicle and etc. Lunch will be arranged on your own at the resort.
Day 4
Yabuli/Harbin(B,L)
Sightseeing: St.Sofia Orthodox Church, the Central Street.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the Harbin from Yabuli, and then visit the St.Sofia Church. It is the largest Orthodox Church in the Far East. You can walk around the Central Street and view the Russian and European style architecture.
Day 5
Harbin(B,L)
Sightseeing: Siberian Tiger Park, Sun Island Scenic Area, the Ice and Snow World (night).
A spectacular banquet will be arranged for you! That is the “Harbin Ice and Snow World”. As the dragon-head brand of the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival, it provides visitors a good opportunity to appreciate a galaxy of unique ice and snow art. When night falls, the sculptures are illuminated from the inside with colored lights, turn the place into a temporary fantast-land. Siberian Tiger Park is also included in the trip. Sun Island Scenic Area is another highlight in your date time. Fanciful sculptures are made in the shapes of animals, plants, buildings etc. Some of the larger ones have included a crystalline ice bridge. It is an amazing ice and snow artwork.

Today will be free for your own purposes, until our guide will escort you to the airport for your next destination.

D. Guide and Driver: As outlined in the itinerary, a well selected English-speaking guide and driver will accompany you throughout the entire tour in that city. They do not fly with you from one city to another.
E. Hotels: Hotel Based on two persons sharing one room with twin beds. All hotels as listed in the above itinerary serve daily western or Chinese breakfast. All rooms are air-conditioned with private facilities unless specified.
F. Luggage Transfers: Between airports and hotels.
G. Service Charge & Government Taxes.
H. Travel insurance in mainland China during the above travel period.
I. Arrangements: The tour cost includes planning, handling, operational and communication charges.
Lisa from Visit Our China is awesome! She answers messages promptly and replies to emails within the day. Planning for my trip to Chongqing with my elderly parents was a breeze thanks to her efficiency. The prices of show tickets and Yangtze River cruise were cheaper than what I could get online. Contacted Lisa from Visit Our China to arrange a 9D8N tour of Guangzhou Guilin for a group of 8. I provided a list of places to visit and Lisa was able to craft out the itinerary. We also made some changes along the way as one of the members had difficulty walking. The member even contacted Lisa to ask for advice on alternative locations to visit. Lisa's response is within 24 hours, crystal clear and very open for discussions. The tour itself ran perfectly with English speaking guides in both locations. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and gave in-depth details of the various locations which we visited. They were patient and obliged with taking photos for us. Will for sure contact VOC again for future trips we may consider. We contacted Lisa for a trip to Changbaishan early september 2025 and an other one to Zhangjiajie in October. Lisa offers were in line with our expectations. She has been continuously helpful before and during our trips. Everything went well during both trips and our guides managed to arrange suitable visits, despite the not so good weather conditions we faced. Aa a whole we did really enjoy those trips.
