Day 1
Harbin Arrival
Transfer via: Flight on your own arrangement
Upon your arrival in Harbin, you will be greeted by our local guide and then transferred to your hotel. For the rest of the day you will enjoy some leisure time.
Day 2
Harbin (B, L)
Sightseeing: the St. Sophia Orthodox Church, the Central Street, Siberian Tiger Park, Sun Island Snow Sculptures, the Ice and Snow World (in the evening)
After breakfast, you will visit the St. Sophia Orthodox Church. It is the largest Orthodox Church in the Far East. You can walk around the Central Street and view the Russian and European style architecture.
Siberian Tiger Park is also included in the trip. Sun Island Snow Sculptures is another highlight in your date time. Fanciful sculptures are made in the shapes of animals, plants, buildings etc. Some of the larger ones have included a crystalline ice bridge. It is an amazing ice and snow artwork.
In the evening, a spectacular banquet will be arranged for you! That is the "Harbin Ice and Snow World". As the dragon-head brand of the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival, it provides visitors a good opportunity to appreciate a galaxy of unique ice and snow art. When night falls, the sculptures are illuminated from the inside with colored lights, turn the place into a temporary fantast-land.
Day 3
Harbin / Yabuli (B)
Transfer via: Train K7011 (Depart at 07:46 – Arrive at 10:44) on our arrangement
This morning, you will be transferred to railway station to take train to Yabuli. Covering an area of 23 square km, Yabuli International Ski Resort is the largest ski area with best facility in China. Yabuli has a number of qualities down hill and country trails, some of which are comparable with those in North America and Switzerland. In 1996, the resort hosted the 3rd Asian Winter Games successfully. The resort is not only famous as a ski resort in China but also renowned for its scenic beauty.
Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. Today, you are adviced to take part in some ice activities on your own. The ice entertainment you could choose including snow motorcycles, snow biking, horse-sled, off-road vehicle and etc. Lunch will be arranged on your own at the resort.
Day 4
Yabuli (B)
Today is a day for you to ski. The ice entertainment you could choose including snow motorcycles, snow biking, horse-sled, off-road vehicle and etc. Lunch will be arranged on your own at the resort.
Day 5
Yabuli / Harbin Departure (B)
Transfer via: Train K7012 (Depart at 16:20 – Arrive at 19:31) on our arrangement. Connect Flight on your own arrangement
Today you will be transferred to railway station to take train back to Harbin. Upon arrival in Harbin railway station, you will be picked up and transferred to the airport for your connect flight to next destination.

E. Hotels: Hotel Based on two persons sharing one room with twin beds. All hotels as listed in the above itinerary serve daily western or Chinese breakfast. All rooms are air-conditioned with private facilities unless specified.
F. Luggage Transfers: Between airports and hotels.

H. Travel insurance in mainland China during the above travel period.

Thanks Lisa! It was a great trip. Luther is an excellent guide, very helpful and proactive. Ms Xuli is very knowledgeable, unfortunately our mandarin is functional at best, so she had to explain a lot of the cultural references she was using. Simon managed to last minute closures and changes well. We learnt a lot, ate a lot (really liked the lunch at Yibin, ciqikou and dinner Lizhuang). Next time I will factor in more time for shopping.
