It was nice meeting you in Guillin after all the correspondence. We have now been back 1 week & have had time to reflect on our China experience.

 

Overall we had a very enjoyable time & were reasonably happy with the service from “Visit our China”. The logistics, drivers & hotels, transfers, basic information on China were excellent. We felt very comfortable in China & liked the people very much.

 

 
 

On the train from Xian to Luoyang: This was a 6 hour train journey through very depressing on the experience with people on the train including army officers were very helpful & enjoyable to talk to.

 

Ask new clients what they would prefer & select a better class of restaurant . Indicate that lunch if taken ,is a full FIXED menu of several dishes or they may wish to get a quick snack or a choice of menu in a nicer environment(like the restaurant in Guillin which was an excellent venue).

 

As to tour guide service: Generally this was good & the guides were receptive to our wishes & arranged the schedule accordingly.
