Dear Gina,

Sorry that I was unable to write any time sooner after coming back to the states. Besides catching up on my works, bills, and many other things, I was on the road most of the time and recently just got back home.

Here is my feedback from the trip:

You and your tour agency’s program setup has provided our group with the most wonderful China experience to date. Since the beginning to the very end of our tour, you have provided high level service with utmost courtesy and consideration, consistently. I really appreciate that. Also, thank you for all your efforts in accommodating us and ensuring that we had an excellent experience.

Overall, our trip with your agency to China has been an amazing experience! I am extremely satisfied with your level of service and I have highly recommended my families and friends. I plan to come back to China soon and will look to your agency for future arrangements. Thank you Gina and your staffs for putting this whole program together.

I want to also extend my special thanks to Mr. Qian, who is a wonderful tour guide.I highly recommend Mr. Qian  He is very considered and always looking after our well-being, making sure that we are comfortable and well-adjusted to our environment. He would go out of his way to accommodate us with what we want to see and also bringing us places that were not part of the program but knows we would enjoy, which I do tremendously! I am so glad he did it, because it made the trip much more spectacular and left a very deep imprint on me. Mr. Qian is very detailed and understanding. He knows what food is suitable for us, makes recommendations, and knows when we are tired. Essentially, he knows what is suitable and unsuitable for us. He is very considered, thoughtful, and courteous. This made the trip rather pleasant. Mr. Zhang was very courteous and a very safe driver. This made our trip safer, relaxing, and more enjoyable.
