We are all back home safely and so satisfied with the trip. You and your company did a good job.  Out hotels were very first class and comfortable.  I liked the location for all of them.  Your guides were very good.  David in Hangshou was the best yet.  He was so knowledgeable about the country, the economics, and everything.  The girls who took us to the expo were obviously the new comers to the business.  They were nice, but not as savy as most guides.  On the first drop off we were still too new so it took a lot of phone calls to connect on our pickup. 
As you know, the expo is huge.

We had a little trouble finding our guide as we got off the train in Suzhou.  There were two exits, so naturally he was at the other one.
Your drivers were very helpful in putting my electric cart on the vans. 
Dale also used a wheelchair as he had taken a couple of falls before we left.  The drivers always put it on board for him.

I would definitely recommend your agency to anyone who might have a question.
