Comment on our service from Juanito Joseph Perera, Australia
Our contacts with Sandy Ren and Gina Liu at Visit Our China began towards the end of December 2013. From that time onwards, we were graciously and professionally served by them. The itinerary was prepared and presented us in detail. The Tour guides, hotels, travel arrangements by Train and by Plane all blended together to enable us to enjoy this trip to the utmost. The arrangements made on our behalf worked with precision and we never felt, at any moment, a sense of doubt as to what was to happen next.
Dear Sandy and Gina, I hope you received my short, scribbled email yesterday, 28 May 2014. We had just returned to Australia. Maria and I undertook a very demanding, grueling, yet most rewarding journey through Tibet. We followed the instructions of our medical practitioner; exercised, read a lot about reaching high altitudes and what one ought to and not do and yet, cautiously but with a proactive spirit, at our age, set out to the roof of the world. We honestly think that the two nights we spent in Xining helped us a lot in acclimatising. On the second day, we visited the Qinghai Lake. This took us to an altitude over 3000 metres. Lhasa was a dream come true. The trip through the Nyangchu Valley and the glacier road was astounding as was Sigatse, Tingri and then the Rongphu Monastery. This part of the trip was particularly demanding and even though the stay at the Monastery Guest House, anything between 16 to 20 degree below zero, was not for soft hearts, it was well worth it. Qomalonga revealed herself to us as we approached the monastery and from then onwards, it showed us its face, during the full moon nigh, it guarded us as a warrior sentinel. On the following day, the Mountain was visible without the slightest cloud coverage. What an awesome sight. Even on the day we flew out of Lhasa, Qomalonga revealed itself to us as a farewell.
Having mentioned what we did in order to make this journey a success, the other half of the story belong to you both, dear Sandy and Gina. We congratulate you Sandy on the birth of your child.
Please accept what we have written below as our acknowledgement and testimonial of what you, at Visit Our China, did for us.

To whom it may concern
I am writing this acknowledgement and as a testimonial on my behalf and that of my wife Maria Perera for the services we received from Ms Sandy Ren and Ms Gina Liu. We do so on our own volition without any solicitation from their part.

Every query was answered meticulously with great tact, patience and correctness by Sandy.
During the trip we were contacted by Ms Gina Liu, inquiring about the journey and offering us every assistance. In actual fact, there was no need for any further assistance because the trip had been organized so well and was proceeding to our utmost satisfaction. However, these calls were deeply appreciated by us and it was a clear indication of the interest and care Visit Our China extended to its customers.
We are now back in Australia, reminiscing and savoring every recollection of this fabulous and fascinating journey. The people to whom we attribute the success of our dream are Sandy Ren and Gina Liu. We recommend their services highly and shall be pleased to acknowledge it on their behalf.
We consent willingly that this letter or any part of it be used to promote the interests of Visit Our China.
In faith,
