Gina,  finally I am now full involved in my activities in my country.

 

Thank you for your email and I just want to thank you for the trip organization.

 

If I had to highlight the best of the trip I think it was the commitment and professionalism of each of my guides. They were very helpful, obviously with a larger group in Beiging I had less contact with them, but not for that their quality service was lower.

 

I also wanto to thank my guide Snow in Chengdu and Sherry in Zhangjienie and my guide in Xian, they were very closed to me and support me even after the tour time.

 

And just as something that need to be consider for future customers, I already had mentioned to you  that in the Hotel in Xian, at night there were not anybody at the reception who could speak some words in English , I needed to receive a phone call in my room and it was imposible to get it through my room.  And another comment was the breakfast in the Zhangjiejie Hotel was pretty bad, actually my guide who stayed in the same hotel also complained about it.
