My family and I are now well back home in Denmark after an amazing tour around China. First of all I would like to thank you for the well arranged tour and your always high quality of service where I sincerely feel you have listened and fulfilled our requirements.

The tour was tailor made for our purposes and even my concern regarding too many "tourist traps" was removed as the level was acceptable and most of them were quiet informative. The standards of the hotels was satisfactory as well was the included breakfasts and lunches, eventhough it is hard for an European to deal with the Chinese traditional breakfasts why we were very happy the few times we were presented for a western breakfast buffet. The tour guides was mainly of very high standards as they were very knowledgeable and informative. Especially the guide we had in Datong was a star, that made the stay over in Datong worthwhile.
 
So we don't got much to complaint about :-)
 
However I have a minor thing that would have been of high value to us. We had two transfers by train. In the "half sleeper" were the beds not together but in seperate comparments, and the soft sleeper was also uncertain if we had the cabins for ourselves (all 4 beds). The problem was that we couldn't get this verified by ourselves as none was actually speaking English in the Train. Secondly we didn't know when we should get off the train (we just got the name of our destination), and we couldn't speak to anyone about it. In the end we found out that the conductor actually told us when we should get off, but we are not used to this in Europe why we used quiet a lot of energy on those two topics. A better introduction from the tour guides before stepping into the train would have been highly appreciated, and would have made the train transfers more relaxing.
