Hello Sissi,

On behalf of my group, I want to thank you so much for organizing our trip; it was an incredible and wonderful experience, professionally prepared with extreme care by you and handled expertly by your personnel; they were all professional, outstanding and very attentive to our demands;  As from day 1, after meeting with the 1st guide in Beijing, the fear of the unknown just dissipated right away and from then on, it was like on cruise-control, smooth, no delay whatsoever, and no mishap at all.

Some good words about the guides:
Sean, from Beijing, a very knowledgeable and easy-going and funny individual, is also a good entertainer, passing on stories about Chinese culture, legends and myths, interesting enough to make our somewhat long and tiring bus-rides, enjoyable…a real walking library; He also used his muscles to help with my wheelchair, even on the steep path to Mutianyu Wall.

The other guides (Lilly and Effie) were also outstanding, warm-hearted and always ready to go the extra mile to make our trip memorable. They really integrated into our group and made us feel very comfortable about anything in any given situation.

We didn't get to know Lydia well, because she only accompanied us one morning (replacing Effie) to take us to the airport; but I could easily see the potential in this young girl, and I encourage her strongly to pursue her dream to be a tour-guide.

The drivers also need to be congratulated for the skill; I must underline the good work of Mr. Wu in Shanghai; such a nice and warm person, always caring and ready to help loading and unloading my wheelchair and with that unforgettable smile he is always wearing , he is, in no doubt, a very happy person devoted to his job.

Overall, I can declare openly that we were greeted, not only by any agency, but by "family-members" ; in Chinese tradition, we value highly being welcomed by family; Also, Sissi, I have to mention your presence with us for a good part of the trip which added a personal touch to an already amazing experience for each one of us; my daughter Max, really enjoyed your company , mainly at the massage session in Guilin;

Again, I congratulate VisitOurChina (and everybody behind the scene) for the excellent work and hope to do business with you again in the future.
