We thank you very much for arranging our travel to Hangzhou - Guilin - Beijing - Shanghai - Suzhuo - Shanghai - Hangzhou complete with guides and drivers. We realise that a trip could not be a perfect 100% satisfactory, however this trip was still a very pleasant holiday.
 
Here are some feedback regarding our holiday with VOC.

 
 
Guilin -is the one that gave a very long lasting impressions. The city is beautiful people are friendly, food is good (except the 2 lunches that we had -the taste on the first day's lunch was good, but so little meat; the lunch at the cruise weren't nice-, but easily compensated with the delicious dinners and the "extra huge" lunch with VOC. ). Sheraton Hotel was an excellent choice for a real 5 stars accommodation. Things were not so expensive too. The tour guide (Lee) was excellent, really showed experience and knowledge about all the places that we were going to visit. She was even willing to go the extra mile such as waiting until our night shows were over, went shopping with us, even helped in bargaining, checking us in at the airport and waited until we cleared the I.D. check point. She waited untill we couldn't see her anymore. For that, we are really grateful and wish that she will keep up the good work. She showed genuine care.

Beijing - A very Big City. Tour Guide (Cathy) and Driver (Mr Ai) were very welcoming and provided a bottle of water for each of us every morning in the car. Cathy was willing to accompany us to any place that we wanted to go at anytime. She is a very cheerful giver. When she found out that we like fridge magnet souvenier, she gave us one the next day, along with some other souveniers. She refused to be paid, indicating that it was a gift. Also when we were looking for mask because we were too cold in Beijing, she bought and gave them to us for free too. Those gifts might not be high in value, but it was her thought and care that impressed us.

 
Shanghai - Another Big City. We just realised that Westin Hotel is a very expensive Hotel, it's a good thing we booked through VOC! Westin provides an excellent range of breakfast, luxury rooms and great facilities. The Bund & East Nanjing Rd was very interesting though..!
 
In Hangzhou- Hyatt's (HangZhou) breakfast is the best! :)
