- Tibet is a land of mystery, and wonderful surprises. This China Group tour will take you and your group from Lhasa, the capital city of Tibet, to the Nepalese Border. Along the way, you will visit sites of religious and architectural beauty. You will visit sites such as; the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Yamdrok Lake, the Kubum Monastery, Tashilunpo Monastery, and the Everest Base Camp. This is a wonderful trip and a tour you will not soon forget.
Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Lhasa
You will be met and picked up from the train station or airport and transferred to reserved hotel in Lhasa. Then have a good rest to acclimatize the high altitude.
Stay tonight: 3*Hotel
Day 2 Lhasa (B, D)
Morning section to visit the famous Potala Palace and explore the grandest of this myriad chapel. Afternoon we will visit the holist temple in Tibet, the Johkang Temple, and at Barkor Kora, which is the most famous street in Tibet, we can buy Tibetan traditional or religious goods.
Stay tonight: 3*Hotel
Day 3 Lhasa (B)
Today, we will visit two important monasteries in Lhasa, the Drepung Monastery and the Sera Monastery. If we are very lucky, we may even come across Sera Monastery’s Monks debating which was held in the courtyard at around 3:00-5:30 in the afternoon.

Day 4 Lhasa/ Gyangtse/ Shigatse (B)
Passing by the green farmland of Nyangchu Valley, Yamdro-tso lakes, karo-la glacier roadside at 4960m, we move westwards to the second biggest city Shigatse, where spiritually hosted by Pamchan Lama. And in Gyangtse, Kubum Monastery is also a famous monastery which could not be missed.

Day 5 Shigatse/ Lhatse/ Tingri/ Rongphu (B)
In the morning, we will visit the largest Monastery in west Tibet, the Tashilunpo Monastery. Then drive westwards the Friendship way to Tingri. When we reach Evrest Base Camp, if it is in clear weather, we can have a glimpse of 4 mountains which are 8000m high or more.
Stay tonight: Rongphu Monastery Tent or Guest House
Day 6 Rongphu /Evrest Base Camp/ Zhangmu
Early in the morning to see the sunrise from Rongpuk then to view Mt.Everest. Hiking up or taking bus to the top of the photo point to take pictures of the splendid- Mt. Everest. Then go down from E.B.C back to Shegar. Then you will go west to Zhangmu with our tour guide.
Stay tonight: 2*Hotel
Day 7 See off at Nepalese Bolder (B)
Our Guide will drop you off at the border bridge in the morning.
