It has been a fantastic voyager for us. Thank you so much for your flexibility and impeccable service.  Don't think we can do this without you!  Absolutely highly recommending you and your company to all our friends in the future. Who knows we might come back next year.
 
My feedback for the trip:

1) Zhangjiajie - Hotel room was fine after smoke servicing. we were appreciative the driver and ms hu whom helped taking our son to the medical clinic. he felt much better the next day before we decided to cancel the rest of our trip
 
2) Chengdu - The tour went great and so was the tour guide and driver. They were fantastic. Tour guide's English was very good and she was very knowledgeable. She made sure we stay on schedule to see everything. She addressed us with the correct expectations.

3) Jiuzhaigou
Tour guide - is very good and knowledgeable.  We saw everything we want to see even with two children. he gave us the options and made sure we saw the best.  His English is "homegrown" - he taught himself English in 6 months. So, we understood each other fairly well most the time. There were sometimes he did not understand us. These are just minor. We saw all the sights which are why we are here.
