Let me just say that we had a fantastic time in China, and this is all because of your company visitourchina.com. Everything from start to finish was organised very well. The tour guides had excellent local knowledge and also in depth knowledge of the historical sites. We were very impressed with their english skills. All of the tour guides made additional efforts to suggest extra activities for us in the evenings, as well as help with speaking chinese to the locals when we needed to buy things at the shops. The tours not only involved seeing the city highlights, but also took us into the small streets and village-life of the locals to give us a feel of what living in china is all about. This was one of the special highlights of the tour. We bought many souvenirs and took hundreds of photos. It was also a pleasure to meet you Sandy. Your company has a personal touch that makes the customers feel very special. It's also great to put a face to a name, especially when we have had so much email contact. The drivers are also to be thanked as well. They were all very understanding of our needs, for example when we wanted to go to the grocery store to buy some fruit or wanted to go back to the hotel to rest. They also handled the traffic amazingly. The way the tour was organised and performed exceeded our expectations, and we have no hesitations in recommending your company to other people who are interested in visiting China. Congratulations on a fantastic job.

I believe one of the strong points of your company is the ability to customise a tour for people arriving with their own dates in China. Your level of flexibility is excellent and a valuable strength.

One thing to suggest, is to try and have hotel rooms and cars that are non smoking -particularly for Australian customers. As we found out, smoking is very popular in China and smoky areas are sometimes unavoidable. This is understandable as it is part of the culture in China. In Australia since 2007, smoking is not allowed indoors which many Australians are now used to. But it wasn't a major problem on our tour.

Also if you could pass on our thanks to Lily, who was the best tour guide of all. She made our introduction to China amazing and spent most of all her day with us even up until 9pm at night. She is a wonderful tour guide, and we will always remember her in particular.
