Yes, you are right - I was very busy since my return to Europe, and a letter to you was on my "must do" list.

First of all - we loved our trip a lot! Thank you! Everything was organized on a highest level. Especially we are thankful to our tour guides in Beijing, and Xian  - the  girls were just great! The tour guides  Shanghai and Hong-Kong were OK, but not on the level of Aileen, and Catherin .

A few suggestions:

- the evaluation form: we think it will be better if it will be given together with the envelope,

- as an option: to offer the sanitary face masks,

- tour guides could offer more "protection" to the clients  in the shopping malls, and against the street vendors:).

Should any of our friends or relatives decide to travel to China we will strongly recommend your company, and personally you as a best choice!
