Tianjin Cuisine

Tianjin's culinary landscape is ever more rich and varied than that of Beijing. Tianjin is famous for its chestnuts, bread-twists, "ear eye cakes" and of course its dumplings filled with hot soup, noodles are also a staple in Tianjin. In the 1980's the city administration established "Nanshi Food Street", since that time it has grown and developed and is now a bustling hive a commerce, entertainment and of course, great food.
