China Eastern Launches UATP Program

Aiming at meeting customer demand and expanding its corporate market share, China Eastern has decided to become a Universal Air Travel Plan account provider.
The airline has announced the launch of a business travel program based on the Universal Air Travel Plan, offering Chinese enterprises China Eastern UATP accounts for global air travel.
China Eastern UATP account holders will receive detailed reports of their air traffic activities. China Eastern Airlines will utilize 99Bill, an independent payment service provider in China, to provide a comprehensive suite of secure, safe, and convenient payment solutions.
Ma Xulun, the general manager of China Eastern, said the airline is striving to be a customer oriented airline within the new strategic structure. China Eastern has made an in-depth analysis of different customer groups and, based on their air travel requirements, has come up with new products such as their Easy Travel Card.
Ma added that Account E is an upgraded program for corporate clients. The product provides stronger and more comprehensive cost analysis support to corporate clients with first-hand data. The launch of the program shows that China Eastern Airline's programs are developing and expanding in a healthy manner.
