The 30th Harbin Snow and Ice Festival will open on January 5, 2014, and it will last till the end of February. On the same day, the 15th Harbin Ice and Snow World will officially open. Various activities including the 28th Harbin International Ice Sculpture Competition and 19th Harbin International Snow Sculpture Competition will be held during the festival.
