We really have very little criticism as everything was so well planned.
The hotels were very good and accommodating. The Beijing Crowne Plaza did not feel like 5 star (probably closer to 4 star) but it was not a big deal. You might want to consider this for future bookings.
The meals were nice and diverse and gave us a good feel for China.

The guides were really really accommodating and very informative – with a special mention for Vivi in Shanghai. Others were also brilliant. We also used the camera from Rainy in Xian as ours was not working and she said she will send it back to us. Can you please check up on this.
The expo was a bit disappointing but it might be that we expected too much. We did have a problem with the tickets that we received. It was only possible to use it with the express bus to the expo. We went to the Jin Jiang towers but the bus never arrived so we took a taxi to the expo. Unfortunately the expo did not accept the tickets as they were strict that we had to arrive by bus. We therefore had to buy new tickets. We returned the unused ticket to the guide in shanghai as I am sure that it can still be used.
The choice of places to visit were very well put together and it was a great mix of city and country.
Varusha is far better with putting the photos together and we will send you something early next week when she gets back.
Thanks again for organising an amazing trip, we really appreciate how efficiently you helped us and organised the trip. We did not think that it would be so effortless for us to visit china. we are spreading the word to all our friends and colleagues to visit china and to use your tour group.
