I think your guide service was excellent. The tour guide that impress me the most is Sherry Lee and none impress me poorest.

I think the driver service was excellent.

Overall, the hotel service and their breakfast is good. However, the best one is at Guilin Yi Royal Palace and the least likable one is Shanshui Zhongtain International Hotel Zhangjiajie.

The memorable meal is with you and tour guide in Guilin. Both of you make us feel home and the meal was excellent. We were very impressed 'having you' take your time to spend with us. Especially. when you attempt to help us with the trip by listening to our additional request, even when it's not possible to change the trip. This is not someone can do for tourist folks like us, wanted to change the trip last minute. So "thank you very much" both my dad and I have lovely time.'
