Letter of Appreciation

 

For: Sandy Ren

Dear VisitOurChina,

  I would like to take this opportunity to express my tremendous gratitude to Sandy Ren for the outstanding service she provided for my group of 68 Canadians.  Her professionalism and genuine sincerity was consistently shown during all phases of this trip.

  From the beginning, in March 2011, myself and Norm Harriet (my co-organizer), where very impressed with the guidance and performance of Sandy.  She made excellent suggestions to the itinerary and provided expert guidance on the financial aspects of the trip.   Because of her guidance, many more people became interested in the trip and we ended up with a much bigger group than original anticipated.

 

 

  During the visit to your beautiful country, it was very clear that Sandy had our best interests at heart.  When we wanted to make small changes the itinerary, she was very understanding, supportive and completely effective in making the last minute changes.  I noticed the firm and effective way she handle the local guides in these matters.  She always made sure that they knew she was the boss and that the interest of the group was her first priority.

   I understand the compacted logistics involved in organizing such a group.  The execution of the plan was flawless.  There were absolutely no indications of any problems with transportation, hotels, and restaurants.  This shows the outstanding dedication, job knowledge and skills that Sandy possesses.

 

 

  The comments that I have received from the group were all very praising of Sandy.  Everyone loved her enthusiasm and appreciated all the hard work that she has done for us.  My wife and I feel like we have gained not only a valued connection in China, but also an awesome new friend in Sandy.

  I would strongly recommend your Company to anyone who plans to travel to China.
I look forward to working with you in the future.  Please thank Sandy, on behalf of the entire group, for an outstanding job.  She is an extremely valuable member of your company.

Dear Sandy,

First let me apologize for taking so long to email you; I say every evening that I have to but then I loose all my energy.

I have been wanting to thank you for an amazing adventure in China. None of that would have been possible without you. I still can not believe that I actually got to climb the Great Wall and see the Terracotta Warriors. And I must say when I tell people about our adventure I say that Guilin has the most breath taking scenery that I have ever seen.  

As I mentioned before we left China, if you ever have a chance to come to Germany or even to Canada, you have to let us know. We’d love to be able to show you our home. And you can check out my “China room” in person. I think of you every time I go in to that room.
