Thank you for making possible an enjoyable trip for us.   We learnt about Shanghai’s people, history and culture.  

You may want to consider the following for your future clients’ convenience :-

1.    making available 2 entrance keys instead of 1 per hotel room and
2.    highlight hotel’s safe deposit box’s availability 

Both the tour guide and driver have been most helpful especially with our elderly grandmother’s need.
