Chinese travel guide for Melbourne issued

Australia's Tourism Victoria, China UnionPay, and AirAsia Berhad have jointly issued a brochure about visiting Melbourne — the capital of, and largest city in, the State of Victoria.

The 40-page pocket-size brochure highlights merchants that accept China UnionPay cards, and also gives China-Melbourne flight information from AirAsia.

The brochure is part of a memorandum of understanding China UnionPay signed with Tourism Victoria, this April. According to Yu Beibei, the public relations manager for Tourism Victoria China Region, this will offer more convenience to Chinese tourists when scheduling their shopping arrangements.
