The 31st Kaifeng Chrysanthemum Cultural Festival kicked off, during the festival, which from Oct. 18 to Nov. 18, 2013, people can enjoy about 130 varieties of chrysanthemum from nine countries including China, Japan, Dutch, South Korea, etc.
