Liaoning Phoenix Hotel Being Upgraded

With a planned upgrade to five-star standards, the four-star Liaoning Phoenix Hotel has started renovation recently.

 

The number of guestrooms for new Phoenix Hotel will be increased from 187 to 300. In addition the hotel will be enhanced from the current 12 floors to 17 floors, the single building will become a conjoined building, with two business office buildings and three hotel-serviced apartment buildings.

 

The new project is scheduled to be named Phoenix International Business Center and it will open for business in June 2013.
