GreenTree Inn Introduces Guest Review Function on Website

GreenTree Inn, one of the Chinese budget hotel chains, has introduced a guest review function on its official website.

 

This new function has four different sections, hotel reviews, suggestions and advice, complaints, and online customer service. GreenTree Inn can follow up guests' reviews online to improve facilities and services.

 

Currently the new function is only available to GreenTree Inn members that have actually stayed in the group's hotels.

 

GreenTree Inn recently announced that it schedules to operate 1,000 hotels by the end of November 2012.
