Air China: Passenger Throughput up 16% in 2010

According to Air China, the country's flag carrier, its passenger transportation volume in 2010 rose 16.1% year on year to 46.24 million.
A statement from the carrier also said that the passenger transportation volume for December 2010 rose 8.8% year on year to 3.53 million.
Air China's cargo throughput rose 21.75 year on year to 1.15 million tons in 2010, while it rose 14.8% year on year to 1074,000 tons in December.
Air China also said its passenger load factor rose 3.4 percentage points year on year to 80.3% in 2010 and for December it rose 1.8 percentage points year on year to 77.7%.
