Itinerary: Full day tour to Xidi and Hongcun Ancient Villages which is one of the wonders in the world culture heritage. The famous film "Crouching Tiger" was made here. (Private vehicle and guide, lunch included)
You will be picked up from your hotel then start the tour.
In the morning we will descend from the mountain and visit Xidi and Hongcun Ancient Villages. Located in Yixian County, they were listed as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO in 2000. These two villages are the most representative local-style residences in southern Anhui Province. They have a history of up to 900 years and you will be impressed by the simplicity and nativeness.
Enjoy the beautiful landscape and the hospitality of the local people in the ancient villages, take the beauty down with your camera because everything is worth to be recorded not only in mind.
After the tour you will be transfered back to your hotel and finish the tour today.
