Guilin Longsheng Hot Spring Tourist Resort is located in a mountainous area 108 kilometers away from Guilin and 28 kilometers away from the county town. It was rated as a national forest park in 1996 and is a national 4A level scenic spot. Under the coverage of a forest spanning 5 square kilometers, there is an ancient Cambrian site. The fault zone from Baiya Ridge to Swan Realm stretches for tens of kilometers, forming the main passage of Longsheng Hot Springs. Hot springs emerge from rock formations 1200 meters underground, with water temperatures ranging from 45℃ to 58℃. The water contains over a dozen beneficial trace elements for the human body, including lithium, strontium, iron, zinc, copper, and more. The air in the scenic area is fresh, with a negative oxygen ion content of over 9000 units per cubic meter, hence it is known as the "natural oxygen bar".
There are over 20 spring pools in the entire Longsheng Hot Spring, including high-temperature reservoirs, medicinal baths, children's play pools and so on.
Major Attractions Of Longsheng Hot Spring Center
Sanmen Hongyao Village
Sanmen Hongyao Village is an ethnic village where Hongyao people gather. It is called "Sanmen Village" because there are only three surnames in the village: Yu, Wei, and Pan. The village has preserved the historical and cultural traditions of the Red Yao people in all aspects of social production and life, and has been awarded the reputation of an "ecological museum". The residents here live in the traditional half suspended buildings of the Yao ethnic group, and wear red Yao traditional ethnic costumes with red as the main color.
Ximen Hongyao Village
In Ximen Yao Village, about 1.5 kilometers away from Baimian Yao Village, the terraced fields in front of the village are like coiled dragons, there are intersecting bluestone roads in the village, and the streams and springs behind the village are murmuring. The touching legends of "Three Brothers" and "Tortoise Stone" bring a lot of mysterious colors to the village. The ancient ethnic songs and dances of the Yao ethnic group, as well as the rich pearl oil tea, are the characteristic of entertaining guests.
Baimian Qishi
Baimian Qishi, also known as "Dragon Tongue Rock" or "Red Army Rock" or "Bright Rock", is the first scenic spot to enter Longsheng Hot Spring Scenic Area. It is located near Baimian Yaozhai Village, 29 kilometers east of the county city. This peculiar rock "emerged" like a giant with long arms rising several meters from the mountain. People metaphorically refer to it as a "swimming giant shark", and visitors can experience the amazing craftsmanship of nature here.
