Sorry for the delay in replying to your email as we have just finished school and moved to London.  We would be happy to give you the following feedback regarding your company's service.  Attached is a photo below.

Organisation:  We consider this a large part of what Sissi had provided to us from our first email and telephone conversation.  She was extremely accommodating and was flexible to our specific needs.  For example, when asking her to change the itinerary to fit a few extra locations, or to recommend an itinerary which suited our tight schedules, her reply would be within the next day.  For us, this was critical as we had to plan our trip with very little time.  She also allowed us to be flexible with the timing of when the tour would start and end so that I could attend a few business meetings.  Overall, we couldn't be happier with Sissi's attention to detail and consideration to our needs.

Tour arrangement:  The tour itinerary was busy, but as we requested.  We trusted that Sissi would arrange the best arrangement which would take into account the distance of each location, our preference of hotel (i.e. The Bund in Shanghai) and even the best place to view the Great Wall.  All of this fulfilled our expectations.

Guide service:  The tour guides are an instrumental part of the trip in making us feel 'welcome' and enriching us with their knowledge.  Our tour guides in Beijing (Christine) and X'ian (Remy) were both excellent.  They cared about making our experience in China fulfilling and interesting.

Hotels: In X'ian the location was excellent and much more suited to our expectations of 3 star. The food on the tour in general was 'ok'.  We realised that when arranging dinner on our own that we appeared to get a much more authentic experience.  As we are both Chinese, we wanted to go to the more authentic restaurants and thought that the lunches could have been better in quantity and quality.  Perhaps for other western tourists it would be appropriate but for us we wanted something more local (i.e. Peking duck in Beijing, Hot pot etc).

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to China and hope to be back soon.  Please send our regards to Sissi as we have recommended several friends to the company due to her great service.
