The tour operator is very helpful and prompt in making arrangements for us, and the guide is good and helpful.

Good and helpful.
2. What do you think of our driver service?
Good, but not particularly cheerful.
3. What do you think of the hotel service and their breakfast?
These International hotels' services and quality are as good as they usually are. The only comment I wish to make is that on top of the guests request for the types of rooms, they should consider to allocate ground level or easy access rooms for elderly and/or handicapped guests.
4. Which meal makes you memorable?
Aside from the hotel being rather old the Chinese restaurant food was excellent in Dali. Good variety and tasty.
5. Could you please advise why you choose us to be your tour operator for your holiday?
