The drivers were very good. My driver from Beijing airport waited an hour for me and was very patient. I paid him for hotel and one day tour, he offered receipt, very professional.

King Parkview Hotel was very nice, so was first night 4-star. Only small complaint: King Parkview Hotel breakfast served at 7:00, often missed due to early tour pickup. Included lunch always quite nice!

Yoyo was my favorite tour guide, helpful and knowledgable. She called to arrange pickup next morning before dinner, very helpful.

Leo was also good guide. Mr Happy was fine but called very late in the evening to arrange for morning pickup.

Pickup was ALWAYS on time, bus where it was supposed to be, guides making sure I was on correct bus always!

MOST IMPORTANT!!!  The train ticket! Mr Happy went by office for me to pick up my train ticket. Many thanks!  I had a wonderful trip via high speed train to Shanghai!! Window seat was very nice!  I know train tickets are difficult to obtain, very grateful to VisitOurChina to have for me. 

A friend recommended your agency to me and you were always very friendly and helpful and patient explaining to me. Also, last minute mix-up for arrival date and pickup was handled very well. Many many thanks!
