We had a lovely time on our tour of China.  Your help and planning was awesome.  All our guides were excellent but Laura and Nicole(I can't remember their Chinese names) in Beijing and Xian went above and beyond.  I was running out of eye drops and Nicole took me to two different stores, after our tour and helped me purchase the right product.  She did something similar with Laurie.  I couldn't have asked for more.  Great evening recommendations too.

Thank you so much for the hotel upgrade in Lhasa.  It was one of the most beautiful hotels we've ever stayed at.  We all spent hours looking at all the art and artifacts.  It was very nice to be in that beautiful hotel after the long train ride.  Laura did a great job getting us in to 2 cars instead of 3 but it was a long ride and must say the woman who ran the dinning car really didn't seems to enjoy her job and was not very nice to non-Chinese people.  If I had it to do again I would fly to Tibet since you can't really count on getting a soft sleeper.

Thanks for all your help and support Sandy.  Our trip to China was truly amazing.  I already have a friend looking at visiting China next year so I will strongly encourage her to work with you and your agency.
