New flight links Kunming and Vancouver

An air route from Kunming, capital city of southwest China's Yunnan Province, to Vancouver of Canada had been operated by China Eastern Airline last Friday (June 26). As the first air route linking Yunnan and North America, it flies on every Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday at about 6:40 p.m. in Beijing time while arrives in Vancouver at 7:10 p.m. in local time. The maiden flight, served by Airbus 330-200, takes 13 hours and 20 minutes from Kunming to Vancouver and 15 hours and 40 minutes for returning.
