Chengdu opens helicopter tour to Mt. Emei

Chengdu, a southwest city of China, has begun offering helicopter flights to Mount Emeishan, a famous Buddhism mountain, world heritage site and popular tourist attraction. The new service allows travelers to reach Mountain Emeishan from Chengdu within half an hour. A one-way trip will cost between 2,000 and 3,000 yuan per person. The service is the first low-altitude flight route opened in Sichuan province.
