China's Qiyi.com Introduces Travel Channel

Qiyi.com, the high-definition video website subsidiary of Baidu.com, has introduced its travel channel which covers information about dining, recreation, sightseeing, shopping, and entertainment.

 

It is said that the first batch of more than 1,000 travel videos have been put on the website. Users can search for information need, as well as making out their own travel plan based on their personal preferences.

 

At present most travel sites in China only provide pictures of tourist destinations, which Qiyi says is not sufficient for today's users. However Qiyi.com's new channel provides high-definition travel videos and movies related to travel.
