High-end business hotel settles in Changsha

The Hunan Jinxin Real Estate Development Company and Hongxing Industry & Commerce Group Company will cooperate to build a five-star standard business hotel in Changsha, Hunan,China.
The management of this hotel will follow the pattern of the Garden Hotel, Guangzhou as a platinum five-star hotel. The new hotel is positioned as a high-end business hotel combining residence, dining, meeting, entertainment, and leisure tourism facilities.
The hotel is located at the south of downtown Changsha, close to Hongxing International Exhibition Center, and about three kilometers from the provincial government and Tianxin district government. It covers a total construction area of 152,000 square meters, surrounded by a green area of over 40,000 square meters. The 28-story hotel has 26 floors above the ground and two floors underground.
