Ruyi Peak is located in Gaotian Town, Yangshuo, about 80 kilometers away from Guilin City and about 10 kilometers away from Yangshuo County. Ruyi Peak is named after its ridge shape, which is the traditional mascot of the Chinese nation, Ruyi. It is the highest peak in Yangshuo and the first mountain top natural park in Yangshuo. Together with Yuanbao Peak, Xianglian Peak, Caixi Valley, and Baihua Valley, it forms a natural karst landscape known as the "Three Peaks and Two Valleys". It is also the best place to enjoy a panoramic view of Yangshuo.

The Ruyi Ropeway

After entering the scenic area through the main entrance, you can take the cableway up the mountain. The lower station of the ropeway is located within the Xingtianle International Tourism Resort, and the upper station leads directly to Yuanbao Peak. The Ruyi Ropeway has a horizontal distance of 1728 meters and a vertical height difference of 242 meters, with a one-way travel time of approximately 15 minutes. During the 2-kilometer long cable car ride, tourists can experience the feeling of towering 80 story buildings and overlook the unique karst landscape wonders.

The Ruyi Rope Bridge

After walking and climbing for 15 minutes, tourists can bypass Yuanbao Peak to reach the Ruyi Rope Bridge. The Ruyi Rope Bridge is a suspended cable bridge with a span of 140 meters, a bridge deck width of 2 meters, and a distance of 58 meters from the valley floor. The Ruyi Rope Bridge spans between Ruyi Peak and Yuanbao Peak, and is the main passage through the steep cliffs here. The two sides of the bridge are covered with Chinese red Ruyi knots. Looking from a distance, the whole bridge looks like a whole red ribbon floating in the wind, carrying the wishes and blessings of tourists.

The Glass Skywalk

Walk down the mountain from Ruyi Genting and take about 30 minutes to reach the thrilling glass skyway. The glass skyway is built in the air, 148 meters long and 1.8 meters wide, and is paved with 68 pieces of tempered glass. After changing into specialized shoe covers, tourists can walk on the skywalk, and the moment they look down will make their adrenaline surge, which is extremely challenging. Standing on top and gazing into the distance, tourists can appreciate the surrounding mountains and valleys, thus gaining an excellent experience.
