Thank you for the photo.  I hope we will also receive the one that was taken on the Great Wall. I would be happy to write a review for your company as we enjoyed both tours.
 

Beijing Tour:
We enjoyed the time at the Ding Tomb and Sacred Way.  Our only complaint was that it took time away from our visit to the Great Wall.  The Great Wall was an astonishing experience, and we could have used more time there.  The Mutianyu section was beautiful and not at all crowded at the time we were there.  So we definitely recommend going mid to late afternoon when crowds have dwindled.  The other reason we could have used more time was for shopping there.
 

The jade factory was an interesting tour, lunch there was amazing.  The food was varied and very delicious but one small drink was not enough, especially on a hot day of being mostly outside.Our tour guide, Laura, was fantastic.  I think we wrote on her review how much we enjoyed her company and expertise during the day.  The van was very comfortable with good air conditioning, and we were very impressed with the skills of our driver.  I think it would be a very good idea to have a cooler in the car to keep the water colder.  The bottled water got very warm during the day, being left in the car while we were out. Laura and our van were on time to pick us up.  She also gave us some good advice about shopping in Beijing as we were driving back.
 

Xi'an Tour:  We enjoyed seeing the City Wall in Xi'an and could have spent a little longer there. We would have preferred to skip the terra cotta factory where the replicas are made.  I realize that our time was shorter due to our flight delay.  The adjustment should have been made to maximize the time to see the terra cotta army.  We were definitely rushed there at the end of the tour.  The Wild Goose Pagoda was interesting but could have been skipped because of the time limitations.  Julie, our guide, was very knowledgeable, but not nearly as personable as Laura the day before.  Again, our driver was very competent but the air conditioning in the bigger van wasn't as good and the bottled water was not kept cool for us.

The ease with which you helped us schedule and customize our tours was very much appreciated. Sometimes it is risky to do such business only via e-mails, but you gave us everything we wanted and needed to have good experiences at the Great Wall and in Xi'an.  We also agreed that, inspite of the tips that were recommended for the guides and drivers which we gladly paid, we think the guides should be paid more based on the price of the tours.
