China Southern Launches Nanyang-Beijing NanYuan Route

According to China Southern Airlines' Henan branch, the company will start operating round-trip direct flights on a route linking Nanyang and Beijng NanYuan Airport from December 1, 2010.
The new route will be operated on a daily basis using 164-seat Boeing B737/800 aircraft. Flights will leave Beijing NanYuan Airport at 16:40 and arrive in Nanyang at 18:10, while return flights will leave Nanyang at 18:50 and arrive in Beijing at 20:10.
Nanyang Airport will then have three daily flights to Beijing, including the current two flights which have intermediate stops before arriving in Beijing.
Nanyang Airport is the first wholly-owned airport under the exclusive management of China Southern. It is only 10 minutes bus ride from the urban area. Current destinations are Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhengzhou, and Chongqing.
