Hi Sandy,
yes I'm back home in Toronto and getting back into my routine. The tour was excellent and Justin was very knowledgeable. Also you did a fantastic job organizing the trip, it was greatly appreciated.
If I do ever come back to Beijing to visit I would use your tour company again.

Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1 Hong Kong

Itinerary: Half day New Territories Tour to kim tin walled village, luen wo market, man mo temple and lam tsuen wishing tree without lunch. (Private vehicle and guide).

You will be picked up from your hotel then start the tour.

We will start today's trip in visiting the Kim Tin Walled Village,it is a village surrounded by high brick walls and a moat which provided protection against pirates in the past. Nowadays, the narrow street alleys & ancient buildings which are still inhabited today attract many people to come.

Our next stop will be the Luen Wo Market. It is a traditional rural market at Luen Wo where you can find colorful stalls piled high with dried fish, Chinese herbs and vegetables, fresh fruit and flowers.

We will continue our trip to Man Mo Temple, which is among the oldest and best-known temples in the territory. It was built in 1848, during the early years of British rule in Hong Kong. Though it’s been rebuilt a number of times, much of the original structure still remains.

And then we will pay a visit to the Lam Tsuen Wishing Tree. The Tree seems to be covered in deep crimson colours from a distance, but it is actually laden with wishes written on bright red paper. It used to be a camphor tree where a tablet for enshrining and worshipping Pak Kung was placed. As time went on, the branches and leaves began to wither and eventually it became a hollow tree..

After the tour you will be transfered back to your hotel and finish the tour today.
