Day by Day Itinerary

  • Day 1 Shanghai Arrival

    Transfer via: Flight on your own arrangement

    Arriving in Shanghai, you will be met and transferred to your hotel by our local guide.The rest of the day will be free for your own purposes.


  • Day 2 Shanghai (B)

    Sightseeing: Shanghai World Expo Site

    After breakfast, you will be transfer to Shanghai World Expo venue, visit the Shanghai World Expo Site and pay visit to different pavilions at your interests. In the afternoon, be met and transferred back to hotel (Standard Day Single Day Admission Ticket)

  • Day 3 Shanghai (B, L)

    Sightseeing: Yuyuan Garden, Jade Buddha Temple The Bund, Nanjing Road

    In the morning you will take a relaxing walk to the lovely Yuyuan Garden, a beautiful garden in the south of the Yangtze River. Wandering through it, you will find pavilions, corridors, streams, courtyards as well as many other natural features.

    Then we will head to the Jade Buddha Temple. The old-time and classical architectural style makes the temple unique and inimitable in this modern city. Both, the Sitting Buddha and the Recumbent Buddha are carved with whole white jade. If you're lucky, you can watch the monks serving a ceremony in a side room.

    Finally we take a walk to the famous Nanjing Road and the Bund. They are among the most recognizable architectural symbols of Shanghai and therefore a must-see when visiting Shanghai.

  • Day 4 Shanghai (B, L)

    Sightseeing: Shanghai World Financial Center, Oriental Pearl TV Tower and French concession region.

    Today you will visit The Shanghai World Financial Center. It is a super tall & mixed use skyscraper, which will consist of offices, hotels, conference rooms, observation decks, and shopping malls on the lower floors. The hotel component has 175 rooms and suites and goes by the name: The Park Hyatt, Shanghai. On 14 September 2007 the skyscraper was topped out at 492.0 meters (1,614.2 ft) and became the second tallest building in the world; as well as the tallest structure in the China, including Hong Kong. It is currently the world's tallest completed building by roof.

    After lunch, we will visit the Oriental Pearl Tower, the highest TV Tower in Asia, which creates a picture of 'twin dragons playing with pearls'. The entire scene is a photographic jewel that excites the imagination and attracts thousands of visitors all year-round.

    Finally, have a visit to Shanghai French Concession Region. The French Concession is the breadth of shanghai already appointed for the French in 1849 and retook by China in 1943, with a history of about one hundred years. Today, it has become a acclaimed day-tripper arena in Shanghai and the tree-lined avenues and abounding Tudor mansions there still absorb an air of the "Paris of the East". Located in the Luwan District and Xuhui District, it has a abundant of things to be explored, from the old European barrio in adumbral avenues to the cafes and restaurants of its axial Huaihai Road, a active arcade street.

    Today will be free for your own purposes, until our guide will escort you to the airport for your next destination.
